智通财经APP讯，中建富通(00138)发布公告，董事会建议实施股本重组，涉及股份合并及股本削减，详情如下：将公司股本中每10股每股面值0.10港元的已发行及未发行现有股份合并为公司股本中1股每股面值1.00港元的合并股份。紧随股份合并生效后，公司已发行股本将透过注销公司已缴足股本(以每股当时已发行合并股份0.90港元为限)而削减，致使每股已发行合并股份的面值由1.00港元削减至0.10港元。于本公布日期，股份于联交所按每手买卖单位2000股现有股份进行买卖。董事会建议待股本重组生效及受其规限下，将于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位由2000股现有股份更改为5000股经调整股份。
