智通财经APP讯，WKK INTL (HOLD)(00532)发布公告，于2025年12月31日，公司间接全资拥有附属公司东莞日新塑制品有限公司(Dongguan Nissin Plastic Products Co., Ltd.)(DNP)的唯一股东已决议成立清算小组，以根据中国适用法律及法规，启动对自愿解散DNP的清算和注销程序。
DNP为一间在1994年于中国依据中国法律注册成立的外商独资企业。该公司主要从事塑胶制品生产，产品主要出口到海外市场。鉴于DNP持续亏损，董事会认为自愿清算属适当，可减少亏损、并将资源和管理精力重新分配并优化至集团其他现有业务以及探索其他潜在商机。
集团预计因自愿清算将产生一次性重组成本，这些成本主要为遣散费、停产相关费用以及存货撇销。于自愿清算及相关程序完成后，DNP将不再为公司的附属公司，而DNP的财务业绩与状况将不再综合纳入集团。董事会认为，除一次性重组成本和自愿清算造成的任何其他损失/支出(尚待量化)外，自愿清算不会对集团的整体营运造成任何重大不利影响。
