Australian Agricultural Co. (ASX:AAC) confirmed that heavy rain and flooding in northwestern Queensland affected three of its 27 properties, namely, Carrum, Dalgonally and Canobie, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company's herd numbers stood at around 456,000 head of cattle, with about 55,000 located in the flood-affected properties, per the filing.

Management is focused on staff safety, animal welfare, and community support, while closely monitoring the situation, the filing said. However, the full impact on livestock, infrastructure, and fiscal 2026 earnings remains uncertain.

The company's operations in southwestern Queensland and the Northern Territory are largely experiencing favorable conditions, the filing added.
