蓝鲸新闻1月5日讯，近日，国家金融监督管理总局茂名监管分局发布了罚单，剑指广东高州农村商业银行及其相关责任人。
罚单显示，广东高州农村商业银行的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：未落实属地监管要求；拆分集团客户主体，规避统一授信；贷后管理不到位，严重违反审慎经营规则；贷款风险分类不准确。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局茂名监管分局对其罚款330万元；对时任广东高州农村商业银行董事长黄劲，警告并处罚款5万元；对时任广东高州农村商业银行信贷管理部总经理葛开飞、时任广东高州农村商业银行信贷管理部总经理吕星余，给予警告。
