智通财经APP讯，高阳科技(00818)发布公告，截至2025年11月30日止11个月取得的经营亏损约2.40亿港元，相比截至2024年11月30日止11个月的经营溢利约1.065亿港元。截至2025年11月30日止11个月取得的经营亏损主要是由于:(i)公司一间附属公司于2025年3月授出的购股权而于支付及数字化服务分类确认的非现金购股权开支约1.986亿港元;(ii)并无取得约8840万港元的出售附属公司的收益;(iii)传统支付市场进一步被数字化支付取代以及海外和跨境业务的额外资源投入。此外，集团预期于2025年12月31日止年度取得经营亏损，相较于2024年12月31日止年度取得的经营溢利约9980万港元。集团坚信这项战略调整将为长期发展奠定更稳固的基石。
