Bondada Engineering Secures Letter of Award for Order Worth INR6.27 Billion

Bondada Engineering (BOM:543971) has received a letter of award from the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh for an order worth 6.27 billion Indian rupees, according to a BSE filing on Monday.

The contract is for the development of a large-scale 225 MW /450 MWh standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) project.

The project will be executed within 18 months from receipt of the letter of award.

With the receipt of this order, Bondada Engineering's cumulative BESS portfolio now stands at nearly 1 GWh.

The company's shares were up nearly 2% in recent trade.
