近日，首钢水钢金科公司首批桥梁缆索钢丝产品首批订单正式发运，这标志着首钢水钢高端产品序列又迎来一位“新成员”，在特种钢材应用领域取得新突破。
桥梁缆索钢丝被誉为现代桥梁的“钢铁琴弦”，是悬索桥主缆、斜拉桥拉索等关键部位的核心材料，需承受极端的拉力与复杂环境的长期考验，对材料的强度、韧性与耐久性有着严苛的标准。
为深化产品结构升级、拓展高端市场空间，金科公司聚焦桥梁建设需求，从2025年10月15日开始，组织产品研发团队针对材料成分、微观组织与力学性能开展系统性攻关。通过理论模拟、实验验证、产品调试与试生产，于11月15日成功研发出目标产品——线径规格7.0毫米、强度级别1860兆帕的桥梁缆索钢丝。经权威检测机构及相关用户单位全面检测，该产品的所有性能指标均满足甚至优于国家标准与客户要求，具备了推向市场的成熟条件，为后续开发更高强度级别产品奠定了坚实基础。
桥梁缆索钢丝的顺利研发生产与成功首运，标志着首钢水钢在服务国家重大基础设施建设能力上迈出了坚实一步，并以创新的技术与可靠的质量，为中国桥梁更安全、更耐久、更轻盈贡献坚实的钢铁力量。
