罚单显示，江苏江阴农村商业银行股份有限公司苏州分行的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：票据业务审核不严。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局苏州监管分局对其罚款50万元，没收违法所得21284.75元；对江苏江阴农村商业银行股份有限公司苏州分行普惠金融部总经理顾冬青，警告并处罚款6万元。
