　　九福来（08611）发布公告，鉴于市况及投资者情绪出现重大变动，于2026年1月2日联交所交易时段后，配售代理与公司相互协定，透过订立终止协议以终止配售协议，即时生效。因此，配售协议及供股终止且不再具有任何效力，而任何订约方毋须就配售协议对另一方承担任何责任。

　　于本公告日期，公司概无根据供股发行任何证券，而供股不会进行。
