COSCO Shipping Development (SHA:601866, HKG:2866) has bought back 16.5 million shares for about 42.2 million yuan under its share repurchase plan, according to a Sunday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The buyback plan, effective until June 30, aims to repurchase between 40 million to 80 million shares for between 152.4 million yuan and 304.8 million yuan.
