智通财经APP讯，陈唱国际(00693)发布公告，预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(期间)，本集团将就其指定为按公平值计入其他全面收入的投资取得未经审核的收益3.27亿港元。有关收益2.8亿港元乃由其按市值计价的上市投资的股价变化所致，以及自2025年1月1日起，相关通过公开市场及行使认购期权出售SUBARU普通股的各个处置日期为止，产生的额外公允价值收益4700万港元。有关交易已由本公司分别公告于2025年9月19日、2025年9月25日、2025年12月9日。该收益将于期间在其他全面收益表呈报。预期将不会重新分类至本集团的综合损益表。
除此之外，本集团预期将因行使认购期权取得未经审核收益40万港元，该收益将于集团综合损益表中列报。
