New Silkroad Culturaltainment (HKG:0472) is proposing to change its English name to New Silkroad Holding Group Limited, alongside a change in its Chinese name, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The name change is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
The wine producer believes the new name will give it a new corporate image and clearer identity, better reflecting its direction and boosting future business development.
