董事会欣然宣布，佟达钊先生已获委任为公司秘书及授权代表，而我们有关香港法律的法律顾问佟达钊律师行已获委任为香港法例第622章公司条例第16部项下所规定的代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知书的授权代表，均自2026年1月6日起生效。
