智通财经APP讯，景联集团(01751)发布公告，于本公告日期前，本集团收购广东枫鑫水利水电工程有限公司100%股权，广东枫鑫为一家于中华人民共和国注册成立的有限责任公司，具备相关在中国开展工程业务所需的专业资质。具备中国开展工程业务的建筑工程施工总承包三级证书、电力工程施工总承包三级证书，及建筑装修装饰工程专业承包二级证书。广东枫鑫正在申请将建筑工程证书及电力工程证书升级为二级证书。
于本公告日期，目标公司收购事项相关的股权过户及工商变更登记手续已完成，本公司已取得市场监督管理部门核发的广东枫鑫变更后营业执照，因此，广东枫鑫正式成为本集团的全资附属公司，其财务业绩将合并计入本集团综合财务报表。
本集团积极拓展中国工程业务板块，本次收购广东枫鑫符合本集团长远发展战略。通过本次收购事项，本集团将迅速扩大中国工程业务布局，提升市场竞争力。增强持续获利能力及盈利能力，从而为股东创造更大价值。
