　　“全球大模型第一股”智谱（股票代码：02513.HK）今日正式登陆港交所主板。公司股票开盘报120港元，较每股116.20港元的发行价上涨3.27%。不计手续费，每手100股可盈利380港元。此前暗盘交易中，该股收涨6.02%至123.2港元。

　　智谱此次上市获得了市场的高度关注。其香港公开发售部分录得约1159.46倍的巨额超额认购。由于认购火爆，公开发售股份数目最终增至748.39万股，占全球发售股份总数的20%。国际配售部分亦获得15.28倍认购。

　　作为中国领先的人工智能公司，智谱专注于开发先进的通用大模型（AGI）。公司自2019年创立以来，相继推出了包括千亿参数模型GLM-130B、开源聊天模型ChatGLM在内的系列重要成果。根据弗若斯特沙利文的报告，按2024年收入计，智谱在中国独立通用大模型开发商中排名第一。

　　其收入从2022年的人民币5740万元快速增长至2024年的3.124亿元，年复合增长率超过100%。然而，为保持技术领先，公司的研发开支同样飙升，从2022年的8440万元大幅增加至2024年的21.954亿元，远超同期收入，体现了AI行业典型的重投入、长周期特性。
