智通财经APP获悉，微创心通-B(02160)再涨超10%，截至发稿，涨8.7%，报1.25港元，成交额1148.28万港元。
消息面上，微创心通近日公布，至今，集团VitaFow系列经导管主动脉瓣膜及输送系统已进入全球35个国家及地区，累计植入量近1,300例。其中，2025年植入量预计将超过850例，较2024年增长近350%。2025年下半年植入量较上半年增长超过170%。
值得注意的是，12月21日，公司宣布与微创心律管理完成战略合并。中信建投表示，公司通过战略整合微创集团心律管理业务，突破对结构性心脏病单一赛道的依赖，大幅提升了公司的抗风险能力；同时心通能够获得更为成熟的全球化销售网络，进一步加速公司海外市场扩张。未来，微创心通有望结合双方在医疗器械领域的研发技术积累，打造全球化心衰诊疗专业器械平台。
