Monadelphous Could Beat on Revenue Growth -- Market Talk

0020 GMT - Monadelphous's revenue growth could positively surprise in both FY 2026 and FY 2027, says Citi, following the company's latest contract win. Monadelphous was selected by BHP to provide some A$175 million of engineering work at Port Hedland. The award takes Monadelphous's work in hand to A$2.2 billion, and Citi says it's likely to be higher if small work packages are included. This effectively covers 81% of Citi's near-term revenue forecast. "With Engineering & Construction revenue contribution stepping up for the group which is likely to be more prominent in 2H FY26 given timing of major Maintenance & Industrial Services shutdown works, we see a scope for meaningful margin upside," analyst William Park says. Citi has a buy call on Monadelphous. (david.winning@wsj.com; @dwinningWSJ)
