FEG (HKG:1413) named Huang Chengkun as its co-chairperson and an executive Director effective immediately, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Huang is the founder and chairman of Qianjun Wanjiang Group.
Following the appointment, Yang Zhenwei has ceased to act as a co-chair.
