　　国内手术机器人公司精锋医疗-B（股票代码：02675.HK）今日在港交所主板挂牌上市。该股开盘报59港元，较发行价43.24港元大幅高开36.45%。不计手续费，每手100股可盈利1576港元。前一交易日的暗盘市场同样活跃，该股收涨39.11%至60.15港元，每手盈利达1691港元。

　　此次上市获得了市场的高度关注。精锋医疗的香港公开发售部分获得了约1091.94倍的巨额超额认购。由于认购踊跃，公开发售股份的最终数目增至277.23万股。

　　精锋医疗成立于2017年，是一家专注于设计、开发及制造手术机器人的医疗器械公司。公司的核心产品包括用于微创手术的精锋多孔腔镜手术机器人和精锋单孔腔镜手术机器人，应用范围涵盖泌尿科、妇科、普外科等多个关键领域，致力于通过技术创新提升手术的精准度和可及性。

　　公司的财务数据呈现出高增长与高投入并存的典型生物科技公司特征。其收入从2023年的人民币4800万元大幅增长至2024年的1.6亿元，增幅显著。2025年上半年收入已达1.494亿元，接近2024年全年水平，商业化进程正在加速。然而，由于持续的巨额研发投入，公司目前尚未实现盈利，在2023年及2024年分别录得净亏损约2.13亿元及2.19亿元，这亦反映了创新医疗器械领域长周期、高投入的行业属性。
