　　脑动极光-B（06681）早盘股价上涨8.46%，现报7.82港元，成交额1.49亿港元。

　　1月6日，脑动极光-B发布公告，公司近期与北京大学第六医院及山东省精神卫生中心（统称“合作方”）分别签订重要业务合作协议，共同推进精神健康数字疗法产品的研发与商业化。此外，公司与北京大学第六医院、北京大学软件工程国家工程研究中心联合申报的“精神疾病精准智能诊疗创新转化北京市重点实验室”已正式获准组建。

　　截至目前，公司已与首都医科大学附属北京安定医院（三级甲等精神专科医院，国家精神疾病医学中心）建立紧密的商业化合作，共同推动精神健康数字疗法产品的临床应用。本次与北京大学第六医院、山东省精神卫生中心的合作，进一步拓展了公司在全国核心精神专科医院的布局，构建了从国家旗舰中心到区域枢纽、再到重点专科医院的立体化商业落地网络。
