消息面上，理士国际发布公告，股东大会投票通过分拆美股上市议案。据悉，2025年12月30日，Leoch Energy Inc就建议分拆向美国证券交易委员会公开提交表格20-F注册声明。此前公告显示，按连权基准买卖股份的截止日期为2026年1月8日；1月9日则为按除权基准买卖股份首日。
公告显示，当前公司直接持有分拆公司100%已发行股份。预期于上市完成后，公司将不再持有任何分拆公司股份，而分拆公司将完全从公司剥离并终止合并入账。因此，集团将于合并财务状况表中终止确认分拆公司集团的资产及负债。
