Core Lithium Not Aware of Undisclosed Information Explaining Recent Trading of Securities; Shares Reach Two-Year High

Core Lithium (ASX:CXO) said it is not aware of any undisclosed information that could be driving the recent trading in its securities, the company said in its response to the Australian Securities Exchange's price query letter filed Thursday with the Australian bourse.
The ASX noted a change in the company's securities price from a close of AU$0.29 on Wednesday to a high of AU$0.345 on Wednesday, accompanied by an increase in trading volume, the filing said.
The company maintained that it is complying with the ASX listing rules, per the filing.
Shares rose nearly 18% in afternoon trade on Thursday and earlier reached their highest since November 2023.
