智通财经APP获悉，美国果汁生产商Buda Juice计划在其首次公开募股(IPO)中以每股7.50美元的价格发行270万股股票，筹资2000万美元。该发行价位于此前公布的每股7.50-9.00美元定价区间的低端。该公司计划在美交所上市，股票代码为“BUDA”。
据悉，Buda Juice是一家主营自有品牌及代工柑橘类饮品的公司，总部位于美国德克萨斯州。该公司称，其正通过端到端冷链平台开创“超鲜”(UltraFresh)果汁品类。其产品组合涵盖多个品牌线及零售客户的鲜榨柑橘汁与健康饮剂，公司认为这一布局既体现了品牌多元化优势，也彰显了代工生产能力。目前，该公司的生产基地位于达拉斯，同时计划于2026年在南卡罗来纳州、2027年在亚利桑那州/内华达州新建生产设施。数据显示，该公司在截至2025年6月30日的12个月内营收为1200万美元。
