证券日报网讯 1月8日，豪威集团发布公告称，截至2026年1月8日，公司股票已有十个交易日的收盘价低于当期转股价格的85%的情形，公司预计可能将触发“韦尔转债”的转股价格向下修正条款。根据上海证券交易所发布的《上市公司自律监管指引第12号——可转换公司债券》的相关规定，若触发修正条件，公司将于触发条件当日召开董事会审议决定是否修正转股价格，并及时履行信息披露义务。
