智通财经APP讯，世纪娱乐国际(00959)发布公告，于2026年1月8日，合资公司与WPT订立不具约束力的谅解备忘录，据此订约方表示有意就移动应用程式的开发、营运及商业化事宜订立最终租赁及营运协议。
根据谅解备忘录，合资公司拟运用WPT的线上平台及技术解决方案，开发、营运及商业化十类移动应用程式。合资公司将负责玩家招募、市场推广、业务开发及相关应用程式的开发与客制化，而WPT将提供其专有内容与平台存取权限、执行认识你的客户及反洗钱核查、提供玩家新手教学、客户服务支援、营运与技术协助，并定期提交数据及绩效报告。在签立最终协议的前提下，预计WPT将有权获得移动应用程式所产生净博彩利润的15%，并按月结算。
谅解备忘录为合资公司与WPT合作提供框架，订约双方将运用WPT的线上平台、专有内容及技术基础设施，于现有安排范围之外共同开发、营运及实现移动应用程式的商业化。合资公司预期将借助WPT的经验与营运支援，同时专注于应用程式开发、市场推广及玩家招募。董事会认为，谅解备忘录符合集团拓展数位游戏及科技驱动娱乐领域业务版图的业务策略，并与WPT之现有合资及授权安排相辅相成。
