Bailador-backed Hapana Raises Capital Worth AU$2 Million

Bailador Technology Investments (ASX:BTI) said its portfolio company, Hapana, raised AU$2 million in equity from institutional investors, increasing the investment firm's carrying value, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Accordingly, Bailador has boosted the carrying value in the fitness software company to AU$13.6 million from AU$11.6 million.

The valuation uplift also indicates a jump in net tangible assets of AU$0.013 per share.
