Ansell (ASX:ANN) said Chief Executive Neil Salmon will retire after 13 years with the company, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Nathalie Ahlstrom will succeed Salmon and will start a transition period on Jan. 26 before officially assuming the role on Feb. 16, the filing said.
Salmon will serve as a special adviser to Ahlstrom and the board until June 30 to facilitate a smooth transition, the filing added.
