Ryder Capital (ASX:RYD) declared the first quarterly dividend of AU$0.03 per share for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, payable Jan. 27 to shareholders on record as of Jan. 12, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The board also noted that the dividend imputation credit rate will increase to 30% in 2026, up from 25% in 2025, per the filing.
