China Anchu Energy Storage (HKG:2399) completed the issue of over 524.4 million shares to 31 subscribers at HK$0.55 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$288.2 million, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The shares represent approximately 14.68% of the industrial products firm's enlarged issued share capital.
The firm will use proceeds for business development, repayment of debts, and general working capital, according to a December 2025 filing.
