合共948万股销售股份已按每股销售股份1.2港元的出售价成功售予买方(即六名个人投资者)。此外，合共948万股认购股份(相等于出售事项下成功出售的销售股份数目)由控股股东按每股认购股份的认购价1.2港元认购。认购股份占本公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大的已发行股本的约4.77%。
认购事项所得款项净额约为1127.6万港元。本公司拟将该等所得款项净额用于一般企业用途，其中约77%用于员工薪金及福利;约10%用于办公室及公用事业开支;及约13%用于包括法律、专业及资讯科技开支在内的间接开支。
