TMK Energy (ASX:TMK) has achieved a new milestone at its wholly owned Gurvantes XXXV coal seam gas project in Mongolia, with daily gas output surpassing 20,000 standard cubic feet per day for the first time in December 2025, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company achieved its fifth consecutive month of record gas production with an average of around 526 cubic meters per day, representing a 13% increase over November 2025 and totaling 16,306 cubic meters for the month, per the filing.
The company is planning to combine gas from all pilot wells to generate power for the site, with any surplus electricity potentially sold to the local grid, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 4% in recent Monday trade.
