智通财经APP讯，天鸽互动(01980)及要约人Truesense Trading Limited联合公布，本次要约已于2026年1月8日(星期四)下午四时正截止，且要约人未对要约进行任何修订或延长。于2026年1月8日(星期四)下午四时正，即综合文件所载接纳要约的最后时限，要约人已根据要约接获9份有效接纳，涉及合共121,151,339股股份，占公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总数约10.92%。
紧随要约截止后，经计及进一步收购股份及于2026年1月8日(星期四)下午四时正根据要约就121,151,339股要约股份所接获的9份有效接纳，并以股份过户登记处妥为登记已接获有效接纳的要约股份转让为前提，要约人、洪女士、傅先生及Blueberry Worldwide合共拥有511,096,339股股份的权益，占公司于本联合公告日期全部已发行股本约46.07%。
