消息面上，据药研网报道，2026年ASCO GI会议即将在(2026年1月8日-2026年1月10日)召开，官方公布了本次胃肠道肿瘤研讨会(ASCO GI)摘要内容。其中，复宏汉霖首次公布其PD-L1 ADC药物HLX43治疗复发/转移性食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)中的临床数据。HLX43是靶向PD-L1的新型ADC药物，兼具免疫检查点抑制与细胞毒性双重作用，其I期临床已证实对免疫治疗无效患者具有前景疗效和良好耐受性。本项Ⅱ期研究旨在评估HLX43用于经治复发 / 转移性食管鳞状细胞癌患者的疗效与安全性。
