** Consumer debt collector Jefferson Capital's JCAP.O shares down 4.5% post-market at $21.98 after secondary offering launch

** Minneapolis, Minnesota-based firm says certain holders to part ways with 10 mln shares

** Among the sellers, private equity backer J.C. Flowers to offload ~9.6 mln shares, while CEO David Burton to sell 335,000 shares, per the offering prospectus

** JCAP has ~64.6 mln shares outstanding as of Dec 31

** As part of the offering, JCAP plans to concurrently repurchase 3 mln shares from the underwriters

** Jefferies and KBW are joint-lead book-running managers

** JCAP shares on Mon rose 4.1% to $23.02, highest close since co's Jun 2025 IPO, which priced at $15

** All 4 analysts are bullish on the stock; median PT $26.50, per LSEG data
