智通财经APP讯，迈富时(02556)公布，董事会拟自本公告日期起至股份购回授权届满期限内，于公开市场购回公司股份。公司将从现有可动用现金储备为股份购回计划提供资金。根据公司股东于2025年5月19日举行的股东周年大会上通过的普通决议案，董事已获授一般及无条件授权以购回股份，数目不超过公司于2025年5月 19日已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份)10%(即不超过2562.699万股公司已发行股份)。
公司管理层团队对集团的前景充满信心。股份购回计划反映董事会及管理团队对公司长期业务前景及增长的信心。董事会认为，股份购回计划符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
