智通财经APP讯，安乐工程(01977)发布公告，本公司已知会南京佳力图，其拟透过公开市场竞价方式及大宗交易方式出售于南京佳力图不超过1625.4万股A股。透过公开市场竞价方式及透过大宗交易方式出售的期限为自南京佳力图刊发的相关公告日期起计上海证券交易所十五个交易日后的90天内。该两种出售方式受适用中国法律的相关限制(包括百分比限制及价格限制，倘适用)规限。
公告称，出售股份可以增加本集团的现金储备以用作扩张及并购储备之用。
董事认为，建议出售事项(倘落实)为本公司提供机会以合理价格变现其于南京佳力图的投资的部分权益，并得以重新分配资源以支持本公司的其他业务发展。
