ChainCatcher 消息，据《香港文汇报》报道，中国北京社科院副院长、中国金融学会常务理事范文仲撰文《稳步推进数字人民币与香港稳定币协同创新》，其中指出：以数字人民币（e-CNY）为代表的央行数字货币（CBDC）和以香港合规稳定币为代表的新型支付工具，正从不同路径重塑跨境支付的新范式。
通过数字人民币与香港稳定币的协同，可快速扩大数字人民币的跨境覆盖范围，提升人民币在真实贸易中的使用黏性，推动人民币国际化；强化香港国际金融中心地位，打造全球首个“CBDC+合规稳定币”的融合枢纽。双币协同的跨境支付方案不追求数字人民币与稳定币底层账本的完全统一，而是通过建立受监管的、标准化的交互接口，实现二者在价值层面的安全兑换与流通。
