智通财经APP讯，中国海外发展(00688)发布公告，于2025年12月，中国海外系列公司的合约物业销售金额约人民币398.32亿元，按年下跌1.0%;而相应的销售面积约为133.24万平方米，按年上升2.4%。2025年1月至12月，中国海外系列公司累计合约物业销售金额约人民币2512.31亿元;而相应的累计销售面积约1056.08万平方米，分别按年下跌19.1%及8.1%。此外，截至2025年12月31日，中国海外系列公司录得已认购物业销售约人民币28.28亿元，预期将于往后数月内转化为合约物业销售。
