Soren Acquisition said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of 22 million of its units at $10 apiece.

Each unit includes one class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to buy one class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share, according to the company.

Soren said it expects its class A ordinary shares and warrants to trade on Nasdaq under the "SORN" and "SORNW" symbols, respectively, adding that it intends to close the offering on Thursday.

The blank check company said it has provided a 45-day option to the underwriters to buy up to an additional 3.3 million of its units.
