智通财经APP获悉，香港IT系统开发、维护及咨询服务提供商Altech Digital(ALD.US)于周二撤回了其首次公开募股计划。该公司曾于2025年8月提交申请，拟以每股4美元的价格发行150万股股票，筹集600万美元资金，最近一次更新招股说明书是在去年11月。
通过其运营子公司Altech(香港)，该公司提供两大类IT服务：一是涉及网页系统与移动应用开发的系统开发服务;二是针对已开发系统的后续维护及咨询服务。
这家总部位于香港的公司成立于2022年，在截至2025年3月31日的12个月内实现营收300万美元。该公司原计划以股票代码"ALD"在纳斯达克上市。Pacific Century Securities和Revere Securities原定担任本次发行的联席账簿管理人。
