智通财经APP讯，百应控股(08525)发布公告，于2026年1月7日，买方公司的间接全资附属公司厦门百应融资租赁有限责任公司根据融资租赁协议与远鹏订立一项售后回租交易。根据融资租赁协议，买方同意以代价人民币1750万元(相当于约1940.98万港元)向远鹏购买租回资产，并向远鹏出租租回资产，为期36个月，并收取租赁款项作为回报。
租回资产为四台全自动转杯纺纱机及一套清梳联生产线。
买方主要在中国从事融资租赁业务。该等融资租赁协议预期将令集团于其各自租期内可赚取约人民币542.32万元(相当于约601.5万港元)的总收入。
