智通财经APP讯，景联集团(01751)发布公告，于2026年1月7日，集团的中国附属公司广东枫鑫水利水电工程有限公司(广东枫鑫，作为承包人)与深圳市晟世环境技术股份有限公司(深圳晟世，作为发包人)就苏尼特右旗新蒙新材料有限公司工业废气发电专案二期工程订立工程承包协定。根据协定，深圳晟世已委聘广东枫鑫承接装机容量为60兆瓦级的二期专案全部相关工作。承包总金额为人民币7830万元。
董事会认为，订立协定为集团拓展国内工程业务的重要举措。项目为目前全球最大单体工业废气内燃机发电项目之一，并预期为集团未来进军海外百兆瓦级井口气内燃机发电项目打下坚实基础。集团将凭借丰富的专案经验及专业的执行能力，确保专案顺利推进。董事会预计，该专案实施后将对集团未来财务状况及经营成果产生积极影响。
