智通财经APP讯，中国东方航空股份(00670)发布公告，2025年11月19日，公司董事会2025年第12次会议审议通过了《关于出售绥宁路上航虹桥基地土地房产的议案》，董事会一致同意上海航空将所持上航虹桥基地转让给中货航，转让价格以相关主管部门备案的评估价值为基础确定。2026年1月5日，公司的全资附属公司上海航空与中货航签署房地产买卖合同，上海航空将其持有的上航虹桥基地转让至中货航，交易价格为约人民币1.38亿元。
上航虹桥基地转让后，公司预计获得收益约为人民币4350万元。公司拟将转让所得款项用作公司日常运营。本次交易将有利于优化上海航空资产负债结构、回笼资金支持上海航空主业发展。
