　　1月5日消息，港股内房股盘初冲高，中梁控股涨超14%，中国金茂涨超6%，绿城中国、世茂集团、远洋集团涨超4%，碧桂园、融信中国、融创中国、华润置地等涨超3%。

　　中泰证券认为，财政部发布个人销售住房增值税新政，购买2年及以上免征增值税。上海根据通知规定统一批量下调存量住房公积金贷款利率。稳健的房企仍然是投资重点，建议关注财务稳健、业绩表现良好的龙头房企。
