智通财经APP获悉，总部位于香港的软件开发服务提供商壹号箱店(BAO Holding，BAO.US)于上周撤回了其首次公开募股计划。该公司曾于去年8月提交美股IPO申请，拟以每股4至5美元的价格发行150万股，筹资700万美元。其最新招股说明书于去年12月早些时候更新。
壹号箱店是一家IT解决方案提供商，专注于利用分析与编程技术为客户提供定制化软件开发及技术解决方案。公司通过部署和集成传感器、控制器及其他硬件设备(如智能显示屏、信息亭、储物柜及自动售货机)，提供自动化或半自动化解决方案。
这家总部位于香港的公司成立于2018年，截至2025年3月31日的12个月内营收为400万美元。其原计划在纳斯达克交易所上市，股票代码为“BAO”。太平洋世纪证券与Revere Securities此前被指定为本次发行的联合账簿管理人。
