消息面上，12月26日，证监会网站显示，光大环境在深圳证监局办理辅导备案登记，启动上市辅导。光大环境为国内知名垃圾焚烧企业，公司2024年年度报告显示，其为中国最大环境企业、全球最大垃圾发电投资运营商。
花旗发布研报称，重申对中国光大环境“买入”评级，基于预计去年实现正自由现金流增加，首次足以覆盖融资成本及股息派发，有利股息持续增长；资本开支更为审慎，主要投向回报率高于国内项目的海外项目；以及A股双重上市催化剂，有望带动H股价值重估。该行认为，公司今年盈利按年增长有望加速。
