智通财经APP讯，光丽科技(06036)公布，于2026年1月5日，公司的间接全资附属公司艾维特国际向汇丰人寿投购保单，并就此支付初始单笔保费350万美元(相当于约2730万港元)。保单是李秉光先生作为受保人的人寿保险，艾维特国际为投保人及受益人。
根据融资函件条款，该集团须以投保人为受益人投购要员保单，以保证集团免受李秉光先生不幸身故可能产生的任何潜在损失或损害。李秉光先生为公司的执行董事、董事会主席及行政总裁，被视为集团的要员。董事会认为，保单可在李秉光先生不幸身故时为集团提供财务利益和保障。此外，于受保人身故时投保人根据保单可收取的身故赔偿价值在若干时间后高于其支付的保费。
于2026年1月5日，借款人(艾维特国际及振启国际有限公司)已确认接纳融资函件，据此(其中包括)，贷款人香港上海汇丰银行有限公司同意向借款人提供最高金额达2.158亿港元的循环贸易贷款融资，惟须受融资函件的条款及条件所规限。融资函件订明(其中包括)对控股股东的特定履约责任。
