三菱日联金融集团首席执行官Hironori Kamezawa表示，他认为日本央行应于今年上半年加息，以避免针对通胀的政策应对举措出台过晚。

　　他指出，日元汇率小幅走强对日本经济而言是 “有利的”，并提到日元贬值或体现出市场对日本经济前景的看淡态度。

　　Hironori Kamezawa称，薪资的持续增长至关重要，旗下公司也将持续推进薪资上调相关举措。

　　这位首席执行官还表示，尽管存在多重风险，日本股市的整体上行趋势或将延续。
