智通财经APP讯，天时资源(08028)发布公告，据艾德证券于2026年1月6日所告知，证监会确认对实体白银资产的代币化及本集团拟发行白银代币一事并无进一步意见。本集团将尽快推进白银代币的发行事宜。
为筹备发行白银代币，本集团已收购相关白银资产以作为白银代币的实体资产组成部分。截至2025年12月31日，本集团以平均成本约为每盎司46美元持有约54000盎司白银库存。本集团亦自2025年11月起开始实体白银资产销售业务，作为其贵金属销售业务中的一部分。
本公司将适时透过刊发进一步公告，持续向股东及潜在投资者通报重大进展，包括与白银代币相关筹备工作的进展。
