智通财经APP讯，百应控股(08525)发布公告，于2026年1月7日，买方根据融资租赁协议与龙海订立一项售后回租交易。根据融资租赁协议，买方同意按人民币2500万元(相当于约2772.83万港元)的代价向龙海购买租回资产，并向龙海出租租回资产，为期36个月，并收取租赁款项作为回报。
公告称，租回资产为六台离心水泵、六台高压开关柜及五台三相异步电动机。
买方主要在中国从事融资租赁业务。该等融资租赁协议预期将令本集团于彼等各自租期内可赚取约人民币526.69万元(相当于约584.17万港元)的总收入。
鉴于该等融资租赁协议乃于买方的一般日常业务过程中，经买方与各承租人协定按正常商业条款订立，董事认为，该等融资租赁协议的条款乃属公平合理，且符合本集团及股东的整体利益。
